Middle School Bring a Friend Nights
Bring a teammate, classmate, or friend and join us for an evening of volleyball training and competition. Athletes will experience the energy, coaching, and player development that makes USA Michigan Volleyball unique.

Middle School Training Experience Nights
Experience what training at USA Michigan Volleyball is all about. Open to 6th-8th graders. Athletes will participate in a high energy practice featuring skill development, competitive drills, and game-like situations designed to challenge players and accelerate improvement. Come see how we train our middle schoolers to start volleyball with the fundamentals they need to perform at a high level as they get older.
