Group 1
Designed for our USA MICHIGAN Volleyball travel team players to further develop their sport specific and positional skills.
Group 2
Created for athletes in grades 6-8 and players in grades 9-11 who are currently not participating with a USA Michigan travel team but want a model that continues to improve on what they have learned during their physical education or interscholastic programs.
