The Pre-Club program is a great way to get our club athletes up to speed on our training before club season officially starts, we are offering a 4 week Pre-Club Training Program. This is only for USA Michigan Middle School Athletes. This helps them to get to know their teams and get a head start on skill development for all core skills. 

The information for these 4 sessions is as follows: 

Dates: 10/29, 11/5, 11/12, and 11/19

Location: Loy Norrix High School 

Time: 12:00-2:00pm

Cost: $40 each Session
